1. Organizer
This competition is organised by Kryolan GmbH, Papierstr. 10, 13409 Berlin, Germany (“Kryolan”).2. Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of the USA, UK, EU, Switzerland, Brazil, South Africa, and India.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Employees of Kryolan and its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must:- Create a Halloween make-up look using Kryolan products.
- Post a photo or reel of the look on their public Instagram feed.
- Tag @kryolanofficial and use the hashtag #KryolanHalloween25.
- Like the @kryolanofficial Instagram page.
No purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited.
4. Competition Period
The competition ends on 1 October 2025 (23:59 CET). Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered.5. Prizes
The prizes are as follows:- 1st prize: Halloween Make-up Box worth €150
- 2nd prize: Halloween Make-up Box worth €100
- 3rd prize: Halloween Make-up Box worth €50
6. Content Rules
- Entries must comply with Instagram’s Community Guidelines.
- Entries must not contain violence, hate speech, adult content, illegal content, or misleading/deceptive information.
- Entries must be created by the participant and may not be AI-generated.
- Use of fake accounts, bots, or any form of manipulation will result in disqualification.
- Entries must not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights (e.g., music, logos, images, etc.).
7. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected by a Kryolan jury based on creativity and overall look quality. Winners will be announced on the @kryolanofficial Instagram page on 2 October 2025 and contacted via Instagram direct message. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Kryolan reserves the right to select an alternative winner.8. Data Protection
Personal data collected during this competition will only be used for the administration of the competition and will be deleted afterwards. If we would like to repost your competition entry on our channels, we will always ask for your consent first. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.9. Liability
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By entering, participants agree to release Instagram from any responsibility related to this competition.
